The residential complex has a large communal swimming pool, a pétanque court and well-maintained communal grounds.
Your stay includes private parking space no. 3 in the enclosed communal garage and a beach set with four chairs, a parasol, a cool box and a beach tennis set.

Close to the beaches of the Mar Menor, restaurants and shops. La Serena Golf is within easy walking distance, while Roda Golf and Mar Menor Golf are just a few minutes away.
A great base for enjoying La Concha Beach and Armonía Beach Club, visiting Cartagena and the Licor 43 Experience, or exploring the Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar Regional Park.
